Detox Cleanse While I'm working!

I haven't started yet but I'm wondering if this can be done while continuing to work. I would love to try this in Thailand but...really!? I have to work!
Response from Nadia (site author);Hi Lynn,
If you want to continue to work but still cleanse, I would suggest doing things very slowly (this will help you to feel good throughout the process).
Start by taking a week or 2 (depending on how toxic your diet/lifestyle is) to begin to eliminate all processed/junk foods. Then move to a raw food diet (whole, ripe, organic fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds) for a week, or longer.
During that time, if you feel motivated, you can have a day where you just have juices and/or smoothies (made fresh with only organic fruits and vegetables).
While you are cleansing, even if you are still working, try as best as you can to schedule in much quiet awake time and solid sleep time. These times of solitude and rest are extremely beneficial and important when cleansing.
Keep the idea of going away to a retreat in mind and perhaps at some point you will be able to do that. Getting away from your normal daily distractions is a wonderful way to have a very healing retreat for your entire being.
Read through
this page again as there are ideas within for doing short cleanses that one can do while still working.
On that page there is a section called 'Pre-Cleanse' .. this is actually a very healthy and cleansing diet that you can stay on for a very long time.
If you have further questions please post in the comments section below.
Wishing you great health,
